How your delivery unfolds

Order Confirmation
We will confirm your order once it has been placed, following which production will commence.

Delivery Confirmation
A member of our delivery team will contact you directly (via phone, email or text) to arrange delivery and provide a 4-hour time slot. Where possible, we will provide a minimum of 1–2 days notice of delivery. Please do not take time off work until you have received contact from our delivery team. Please do not email us until you have waited 7–14 working days from your order date.

Delivery Day
Our delivery team will contact you one hour prior to delivery to confirm a more accurate time slot. Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt of the products. On very rare occasions, deliveries can be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as unexpected delays or adverse weather conditions, for which we are unable to compensate customers for cancelled appointments.

At Your Home
If you have opted for installation, our two-man delivery team will take your furniture to your room of choice, unpack and install the furniture and take away any unwanted packaging. For deliveries without installation, items are delivered to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorised to take items any further. Any courier that delivers items past the communal door does so as a gesture of goodwill at the discretion of the buyer; Dreamy Beds is not held liable for any risk to the items past the communal door.
Delivery Timelines & Charges
Whilst we cannot initially guarantee a delivery date, we aim to deliver all of our products within 7–14 working days. The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not guaranteed but can be used as a reasonable expectation of when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. In the event we are unable to meet this target, you will be notified at the first instance.
We offer free delivery to all mainland UK areas with the estimated delivery times quoted above. Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom will incur an extended delivery timeline as well as an additional delivery charge.

Our deliveries are conducted Monday to Sunday, 7am–10pm. In all cases, the delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.
Failed Deliveries
If you are not available in person to accept on the delivery day and time slot we have agreed with you, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £60 for redelivery (may vary in remote locations). All redeliveries will respect our rolling delivery schedule, van capacity and availability in your local area. The quoted delivery timescales will reset if a delivery fails.
If you have installation of your bed scheduled but the bed frame is unable to be transported up the stairs, this will go down as a failed delivery and a minimum fee of £60 for redelivery will apply in addition to the cost of altering/re-making the bed parts which do not fit up the stairs.
Delivery Checks
Quality is paramount to us. Every product that we send out undergoes a rigorous quality assessment and is re-checked against your order specifications.
Damage or inaccuracies are rare but can happen, so we ask that you check your products on delivery. You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt of products in excellent condition and according to your specification. If you're not 100% happy when you inspect them, please make a note of this on the delivery form and let our customer services team know as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue for you.
